1. Privacy-First Philosophy

SHADER7 believes that user privacy should be a standard default, not a premium upgrade. We architect our online tools to maximize local computing power. The vast majority of operations (rendering, cropping, calculations, resume formatting, expense splitting) take place directly on your computer or mobile device via JavaScript APIs.

Because of this client-side design, we do not require account registration or log-ins to access our primary tool suites, thereby eliminating the collection of usernames, passwords, or personal profiles.

3. Client-Side Browser Execution

Tools on SHADER7 utilize modern HTML5 Canvas, WebRTC, and LocalStorage APIs.

Image & Media Files: When you select a photo in Passport Size Photo PRO or Photo Compressor, the file is read into your browser's virtual memory sandboxed environment. Calculations and image manipulations (like crop, aspect-ratio change, color adjustments, or local WebGL/AI processing) occur locally.
Calculations: Financial and math equations (like Hourly Salary Calculator or RPM Drill Feed Calculator) run instantly in vanilla JavaScript. No numeric parameters or calculation results are ever logged.

4. Advertising Partners, Sponsors, and Adsense

To fund operational costs and keep our tool suite free, SHADER7 integrates advertisements and sponsored links.

Google AdSense: We display Google AdSense ads. Google may use cookies, web beacons, and unique mobile device identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings page.

Direct Sponsor Banners: We display banners linking directly to partner resources (e.g. emotionallytonightintelligent.com). If you click these links, you will be redirected to the sponsor's site, which may set tracking cookies or perform separate data collection. Check their privacy policies upon landing.

5. Third-Party Integrations & CDN Dependencies

When loading resources, assets, or essential modules, SHADER7 communicates with some external CDN services:

Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-FCJR8H4DME): Used to measure website performance, check page activity, and identify traffic trends. IP anonymization is active. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google Translate API: Provides optional translation widgets for users across the world. When you translate pages, Google Translate processes the request.
External CDNs (Cloudflare, unpkg.com, cdnjs): Used to load CSS frameworks, fonts (like Inter), and icons (Font Awesome) securely. These CDNs may record temporary server logs (IP address, user-agent) to verify request integrity.

6. Peer-to-Peer Chat (BER OF CHAT / Quick Chat)

Our communication utility (BER OF CHAT / Quick Private Chat) uses a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) framework:

Connection Brokering: We use the PeerJS cloud service as an initial mediator to discover and negotiate handshakes between chat rooms. No chat logs pass through persistent databases during this broker handshake.
WebRTC Direct Streams: Once the connection is active, text, video, and files are routed directly between the participant browsers using end-to-end WebRTC encryption. We do not (and cannot) view or record your conversations.
Network Privacy Notice: Because WebRTC establish direct peer links, your public IP address may be shared with the user you connect to. If you wish to hide your IP address, we recommend using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) while using P2P tools.

10. Indian Residents (DPDP Act 2023)

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India, we process digital personal data only for lawful purposes with your consent:

11. Children's Privacy Compliance (COPPA)

SHADER7 tools are designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal data from children under the age of 13.

If a parent or guardian discovers that a child has provided any personal details (such as sending an email to our support), please notify us immediately at nxdecore@gmail.com and we will purge the message from our systems.

12. Security, Hosting & Retention

We protect data in transit via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) / HTTPS encryption protocols.

Retention Period: Since our tools are local-only, we don't hold your files. If you email us, we retain messages only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry or comply with legal requirements.
